Efficient and economical

The SCHEUCH Impulse filter is a high capacity, filtering separator that delivers high cleaning performance with excellent filtration rates. The filter is used for the dry separation of solid matter, primarily in the extraction of contaminants from machinery and the workplace, as a process filter in material recycling, or in the filtration of transport materials.

 

Its advantages

• Low compressed air consumption through a cleaning process that uses a patented double-jet design and a patented, energy-saving control system for the cleaning impulses.
• Low energy consumption and low pressure loss through flow-optimized, internal air guidance.
• Minimal expenditures for warehousing of spare parts. All filter types and sizes use standardized parts and the same built-in components such as support cages, filter bags, and diaphragm and magnetic valves.
• Short assembly and installation times through modular construction.

Depending on the type and amount of material, three cleaning systems are available:

• Dynamic - the patented, energy-saving control system for the cleaning impulses
  
• Differential pressure-dependent
  
• Continuous, i.e., using fixed, preset cleaning intervals.
  
• High product quality, precisely fitting parts through in-house, quality-oriented production using state-of-the-art production machinery with CAD/CAM interfaces.

Since the company was established in 1963, SCHEUCH has built more than 30,000 industrial-grade radial fans to transport clean or dusty air, shavings and fibrous material, as well as poisonous and explosive gas mixtures.

Over the years, we have created and perfected a comprehensive program of roughly 1500 fan types. These have pressure ranges of 1,000 Pa to 20,000 Pa and volume flows of 500 to 650,000 Bm3/hour.

Because these fans are used in complete dust filtration and gas cleaning plants, SCHEUCH is well versed in a broad spectrum of specific demands for many different application fields. The practical, hands-on experience we gain flows directly into a continuous program of ongoing development and optimization.
